If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar daysof receiving the item, without giving a reason.

After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 calendar days. Please contact us before returning furniture, oversized or fragile items so that suitable return transport and packaging requirements can be discussed.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
For furniture, oversized or fragile objects, return shipping may require specialist transport and appropriate protective packaging. These costs can be substantial, particularly for international orders.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is appropriately protected for the return journey.
Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and returned in the condition in which they were received.
You may inspect an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose and this results in a reduction in value, LA RAMON may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund, where permitted by law.
Once we have received the returned item, or you have provided sufficient evidence that it has been returned, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The refund includes the purchase price and, where applicable, the cost of the standard delivery method originally offered for the order.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard option are not refundable.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
Our collection consists primarily of vintage and second-hand furniture and objects. These pieces may show signs of age, previous use, patina, minor imperfections or previous repairs.
We make every effort to describe and photograph the condition of each item accurately. Known significant imperfections, damage or restoration will be mentioned in the product description where relevant.
Signs of age and use that have been clearly described or photographed before purchase are part of the stated condition of the item and are not in themselves considered defects.
Customers are encouraged to review all photographs, measurements and condition information carefully and to contact us before purchasing if additional information or photographs are required.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and follow the procedure set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
LA RAMON cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage after delivery, or normal wear occurring after the item has been received.
Due to the age of vintage electrical items, customers are advised to have electrical components checked by a qualified professional before use where appropriate.
Nothing in this Return Policy excludes or limits any mandatory statutory rights or legal guarantee available to consumers under applicable law.
