LA RAMON offers domestic and international shipping.
Shipping arrangements depend on the dimensions, weight, value and fragility of the purchased item.
Furniture and fragile objects may require specialist transport, protective packaging or custom-made wooden crates.

The legal guarantee applies to goods sold by a professional seller to a consumer, including second-hand goods.
For second-hand goods, the statutory guarantee period may be reduced to one year where this has been clearly and expressly agreed with the consumer in accordance with Belgian law.
Otherwise, the applicable statutory guarantee period remains in force.
The legal guarantee concerns a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, subject to applicable legislation.
Normal wear, disclosed imperfections and characteristics consistent with the described condition of a vintage item do not automatically constitute a lack of conformity.
