We ship worldwide.
As every piece is different in size, weight and fragility, shipping is arranged according to the individual item. For smaller pieces, shipping costs may be calculated directly at checkout. For furniture, oversized or fragile items, please contact us for a personal shipping quote.
We work with selected transport partners and choose the most suitable method depending on the item and destination. Larger or fragile pieces may require specialist handling, additional protective packaging or a custom-made wooden crate.
If you are interested in a piece and would like to know the shipping cost before purchasing, feel free to contact us at hello@la-ramon.com with your delivery address or postal code. We will be happy to arrange a quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These are not included in our prices unless specifically stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the buyer.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, transport method and customs procedures.
DELIVERY
Please make sure that larger furniture can fit through doorways, staircases, lifts and other access points at the delivery address.
If there are any particular access restrictions, please let us know before transport is arranged.
RETURNS
Online purchases by consumers may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Please contact us at hello@la-ramon.com before returning an item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law. For furniture, oversized or fragile pieces, specialist return transport and suitable protective packaging may be necessary.
As most of our pieces are vintage or second-hand, signs of age, previous use and patina are to be expected. We always aim to describe and photograph the condition of each piece as accurately as possible.
